Expanding Your Small Business Through Outsourcing
Course Outline
This course discusses the highlights of the process known as outsourcing. That is, the contracted delegation of certain business activities to non-employees. Small business tasks fall into two categories: those that are considered core, such as those technical activities you perform as an architect, engineer, or land surveyor, and those that are considered ancillary, such as bookkeeping, tax reporting, and possibly marketing. Outsourcing provides an opportunity for the small business owner to displace those tasks that are not his trade or passion.
This course includes

This course is intended for any small business owner who is interested in learning
ways to effectively delegate non-core business tasks via outsourcing. It clearly
