Russell Faust, PE, has over 40 years experience as a civil engineer. He has worked in both private and public sectors, and has served as Chief Design Engineer, Public Works Director, City Engineer, and City Planner. His experience includes design of water systems, wastewater systems, sanitary sewer, subdivision, streets and other projects. His work also involves marketing, report and proposal writing, and facility planning. He is a member of American Public Works Association, American Waterworks Association and American Society of Civil Engineers.
