Mr. Bellini is a civil engineer with 20 years of experience specializing in hydrologic, hydraulic, and sediment transport analyses; bridge scour; flood hazard studies; flood control planning and design; stormwater management planning and design; urban drainage modeling and design; highway drainage & stormwater systems; dam break modeling and design; erosion and sediment control design; roadway design; airfield design; water distribution design and modelling; and wetland mitigation design. Mr. Bellini is experienced with several computer software packages including HEC 1, HEC 2, HEC 6, HEC RAS, HEC-HMS, HydroCAD, SWMM, FESWMS/SMS, WSPRO, HY8, TR 20, TR 55, FAN, PSUHM, PSRM, POND 2, KYPIPE, CYBERNET, Storm CAD, AutoCAD (including Land Development Desktop and Civil 3D), and the complete Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Project). Mr. Bellini has extensively used the SpecsIntact software to develop construction specifications based on Army, Navy, and Unified Master specifications. He is also familiar with several Hydraulic Engineering Circulars (HEC) and Hydraulic Design Series (HDS) published by FHWA, including HEC-11 (Riprap Revetment), 14 (Energy Dissipaters), 15 (Channel Lining), 17 (Risk Analysis), 18 (Bridge Scour), 20 (Stream Stability), 22 (Drainage Design Manual), 23 (Scour Countermeasures), and HDS-5 (Culverts), and other technical documents (i.e. Bulletin 17B Flood-flow Frequency and TP 40 Rainfall Frequency Atlas).

Mr. Bellini is an Adjunct Professor, "River and Waterway Engineering", Villanova University, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. He is also an Adjunct Professor, "Surface Water Hydrology", University of Pennsylvania, Department of Earth and Environmental Science.

In addition, Mr. Bellini is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); Professional Hydrologist (PH - American Institute of Hydrology); Diplomat, Water Resources Engineers (DWRE - American Academy of Water Resources Engineers); and a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM - Association of State Floodplain Managers).
