PDHcenter Course Provider Biography
Mr. Graves earned his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and MS in Environmental Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kansas and Massachusetts. Mr. Graves has over 21 years of experience in the engineering profession, during which he has worked as an engineering consultant, state regulator, and facility engineer. His consulting work included the analysis and design of water and wastewater utilities, residential and commercial developments, surface water management systems, and highway/traffic facilities in several states, as well as numerous environmental site assessments. His work as a state regulator included engineering reviews and permitting of sanitary sewer systems and municipal wastewater treatment plants, solid waste landfills, dams and water rights. Currently, Mr. Graves is deputy director of Design & Construction Management for The University of Kansas.
