This 4 PDH hour online course defines the design equations of several basic heat transfer systems resulting in Excel print-outs of design parameters and calculated results. The use of existing energy-efficiency technologies, such as insulation, is fundamental to successful sustainable development, as regards both the production and consumption of energy.
This course is Section-1 of several, “Green Engineering” courses including: M237 Heat Transfer Excel Calculations, M236 Steam & Combustion Power Cycles Spreadsheet.
The course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
