This course deals with the topic of employee management and it’s role in the success of your business. Specifics on how to effectively manage employees are covered, including dealing with “problem employees.” A section on conducting interviews is included, with specifics on the steps that should be followed when conducting an interview.
This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of the course materials.
