Timothy L. O’Hearn graduated from Wichita State University in 1981 with a BSEE degree. He is a senior member of IEEE, technical author, past chairman of a local section of IEEE and is a member of the IEEE Industry Applications Society. He is a registered professional engineer in several states. He is experienced in the design of electrical distribution systems for large industrial facilities.
