Mr. Werner received his BSME from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY. He has over eight years experience in project management of the design of gas turbine engines and more than twenty-five years experience in the maintenance and operation of petro-chemical and manufacturing plants, including the establishment and implementation of reliability centered maintenance, asset management, and condition monitoring programs. Mr. Werner is a registered mechanical engineer.
